Buy four nights this winter and get a free three night stay next summer.  A qualifying stay would be one stay of four nights or more between November 5, 2012 and June 30, 2013.  The free stay can be taken subject to availability weeknights only (week nights are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) between June 10, 2013 and October 18, 2013.  Blackout dates are September 1 to 6.  Your free room will be of the same type as your paid stay.  You may upgrade to a more expensive room type on your free stay by paying the difference in the prevailing room rates on the date of your stay.  The free stay has no cash value.

Room rates in Key West go up and down as the year passes. Generally, rates are higher on Holidays and in the Winter, and lower in the rest of the year. Here are our room descriptions and our rates for 2013. We offer a 20% discount from these rates to military men, fire men, policemen and college students (over 18) with a current ID.

ESX	Economy Room with Shared Bath. Queen bed. Showers and toilets are shared dormitory style with one or more rooms. Guests may also use the facilities in the Health Club to shower. City views. These rooms are smaller and/or farther from the showers than other shared bath categories.
ES1	Economy Room with Shared Bath. Queen or double bed. Showers and toilets are shared dormitory style with one or more rooms. Guests may also use the facilities in the Health Club to shower. City views. Showers are next door or across the hall.
ESP1	Preferred Economy Room with Shared Bath. Queen bed. Showers and toilets shared dormitory style with four other rooms. Shower room is directly across the hall. Views of the outdoor Jacuzzi.
EP1	Economy Room with Private Bath. Smallish rooms with a double bed. These are comfortable for one man, but a bit tight for two.
SP1	Standard Room with Private Bath. Larger rooms with queen bed. These rooms have views of either the outdoor Jacuzzi or the city.
KP1	Superior Room with Private Bath. These rooms are larger, and have a queen bed, large closet, a desk and seating area, and large refrigerator. Views are either of the outdoor Jacuzzi or of the treetops.
KP2 Court	Superior Room with Private Bath. This room has two queen beds, a seating area, a large closet, a desk and a large refrigerator. The view is of the outdoor Jacuzzi.
KP1 Pool	Deluxe Room with Private Bath. These pool side rooms have a king bed, a desk,seating area, wet bar, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and walk-in closet.
KP2 Pool	Deluxe Room with Private Bath. These pool side rooms have two queen beds, a desk, seating area, wet bar, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and walk in closet.
OP1	Owners' Suite. Very large pool view room with King Bed, seating area, and its own private balcony, with two-man hammock, overlooking Fleming Street. Wet bar, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and walk-in closet.  Bathroom has rainfall shower and dual vessel sinks.  Desk has hard wired ethernet high speed internet connection and your own iMac desktop computer.
AP1	Deluxe fully furnished one bedroom apartment. King Bed. Fully equipped kitchen includes full refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove and oven. Microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, Calphalon cookware. Separate living room. Private entrance with your own parking space at your front door.
AP2	Deluxe fully furnished two bedroom, one bath apartment. One King Bed and one Queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen includes full refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove and oven.
