It has state-of-the art equipment that will meet your demands for both functionality and advanced training. Two Life Fitness Dual Adjustable Pulley stations provide a variety of workouts for a complete training program. There is also a Life Fitness Abdominal Crunch machine and a curling station.   

For aerobic exercises, utilize one of the two Life Fitness Exercise Bikes. Plus a Life Fitness Elliptical Summit Trainer and a treadmill with multi-level inclines and resistance for the maximum workout.

Looking for strength training?   We have a new Cybex Smiths Press station, two multi-purpose benches, and dumbbells available.  

After your workout, step into our 5 man shower before you enjoy one of our two jacuzzzis, the steam room, or sauna.   

The Health Club is free for Island House guests and open day and night.
